— Platform User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• 1.1"xp768" / "Platform" means the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at xp768.org and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services provided thereunder.
• 1.2"User" / "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses any part of the xp768 platform, whether or not a deposit has been made.
• 1.3"Account" means the registered personal user account created by a User on xp768 through which gaming and betting services are accessed.
• 1.4"Wallet" / "Balance" means the PKR-denominated funds held within a User's xp768 Account, comprising deposited funds, verified winnings, and eligible bonus credits.
• 1.5"Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other non-cash incentive awarded by xp768 to a User subject to bonus-specific wagering requirements.
• 1.6"Game" / "Betting Event" means any casino game, slot title, live table game, sports betting market, or other wagering product available on the xp768 platform.
• 1.7"KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including CNIC document submission and verification, required before withdrawal processing.
• 1.8"Prohibited Activity" means any conduct described in Section 8 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the xp768 platform.

2.1 By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the xp768 platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 These Terms apply to all Users regardless of whether a deposit has been made or any game has been played. Merely registering an account on xp768 constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2.3 xp768 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where amendments are material, xp768 will provide reasonable notice via email or on-platform notification.

2.4 These Terms are published in English and are the authoritative version of the agreement. No other representation, oral or written, shall supersede these Terms.

• 3.1You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of xp768. Registration by individuals under this age is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• 3.2xp768 reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued identification showing date of birth.
• 3.3Where xp768 reasonably suspects that a User is under the minimum age, the Account will be immediately suspended pending age verification. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned without winnings.
• 3.4You must be legally permitted to engage in online gaming under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction at the time of use. You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation is lawful.
• 3.5You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of xp768 or any affiliated entity, gaming software provider, or payment processor used by xp768.
• 3.6You must not be a person who has been excluded from xp768 pursuant to a self-exclusion request or a platform-initiated exclusion that remains in effect at the time of attempted access or registration.

4.1 To access real-money gaming features on xp768, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a secure password.

4.2 Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active xp768 account at any time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your xp768 login details with any third party. xp768 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

4.4 You must notify xp768 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

4.5 xp768 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where registration information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or where the account poses regulatory compliance concerns.

5.1 xp768 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, SadaPay, Raast, USDT TRC20, and authorised Cash OTC agents. xp768 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with or without prior notice.

5.2 All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in the name of the registered xp768 account holder. Third-party deposits — deposits made using payment instruments belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed without crediting the xp768 balance.

5.3 Minimum deposit amounts are determined by the payment method selected and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. xp768 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the xp768 account. xp768 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Prior to any withdrawal, the User must have completed KYC verification as described in Section 4.5.

5.5 Withdrawal processing times are as follows, subject to verification status and payment provider availability: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — typically within 5 to 30 minutes; Bank transfers — typically within 1 to 2 hours; USDT TRC20 — typically within 10 to 20 minutes; Cash OTC — subject to agent availability. These times are indicative only and not contractually guaranteed.

5.6 xp768 reserves the right to delay, hold, or refuse any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or regulatory compliance review. xp768 will communicate the reason for any hold to the affected User within a reasonable timeframe.

6.1 xp768 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, and VIP programme benefits to Users. All such promotional offers are subject to these Terms and any additional terms specific to the promotion ("Bonus Terms") published at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific Bonus Terms, the Bonus Terms shall prevail in respect of the applicable promotion.

6.2 Unless otherwise specified in Bonus Terms, all bonus credits awarded to a User must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before the bonus or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated in the relevant Bonus Terms.

6.3 xp768 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a User has partially completed the Wagering Requirement, xp768 will act reasonably in determining the User's entitlement.

6.4 Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. xp768 reserves the right to refuse, reclaim, or cancel bonuses where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that a User is exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer — including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage strategies, or collusion.

6.5 The xp768 VIP Programme consists of multiple tiers providing cashback rates, enhanced withdrawal priority, dedicated account management, and access to private tables. VIP status is awarded and maintained at xp768's discretion and may be modified or withdrawn without notice where a User's activity falls below the relevant qualification threshold or where xp768 suspects abuse of the programme.

7.1 Each game and betting product available on xp768 is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Users are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing wagers. Stated rules include applicable house edge figures, RTP rates, and bet limits.

7.2 All casino games and slot titles available on xp768 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology independently audited for compliance with fair play standards. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers using physical equipment and are subject to independent third-party audit of dealing procedures.

7.3 xp768 shall not be liable for any errors resulting from technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or server interruption that occurs during gameplay. 7.4 xp768 reserves the right to void any bet where the bet was accepted due to a manifest error, including but not limited to erroneous odds, incorrect game configuration, or system malfunction that would not have allowed the bet to be placed under normal operating conditions.

7.5 In-play / live betting results are final once the betting market has been settled in accordance with the applicable sport's governing rules and xp768's in-play rules. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of settlement.

• 8.1Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using any false, borrowed, or third-party identity.
• 8.2Using software tools, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the xp768 platform in a manner not available to standard human users.
• 8.3Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, fraud, or manipulation of any game, betting market, or promotional offer on xp768.
• 8.4Depositing or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source through the xp768 platform.
• 8.5Exploiting any technical vulnerability, system error, or software bug to gain an unfair advantage or to extract funds from xp768 beyond legitimate winnings.
• 8.6Sharing, selling, or otherwise transferring your xp768 account or account credentials to any third party.
• 8.7Conducting any activity on xp768 on behalf of a third party — all real-money gaming must be conducted by and for the sole benefit of the registered account holder.
• 8.8Using xp768 for any purpose other than personal, recreational gaming — including without limitation, any commercial gaming operation, professional gambling service, or systematic exploitation of promotions.

9.1 All content available on the xp768 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, text, software, design elements, databases, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of xp768 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xp768 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the gaming services offered. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the xp768 platform without prior written consent from xp768.

9.3 The xp768 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary to xp768 and may not be used in any context without the express prior written authorisation of xp768.

10.1 The xp768 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. xp768 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from technical defects at all times.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xp768's total aggregate liability to any User arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

10.3 xp768 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, even if xp768 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.4 xp768 does not guarantee any particular outcome in any game or betting event. The results of all gaming and betting activity are subject to the inherent random and probabilistic nature of the games and events concerned.

10.5 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit xp768's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11.1 xp768 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and fair gaming environment. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Users, accessible at any time from Account Settings: (a) deposit limit controls (daily, weekly, monthly); (b) session time reminder alerts; (c) self-exclusion (temporary periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, and permanent exclusion); and (d) cooling-off periods during which access to gaming features is suspended.

11.2 All real-money gaming on xp768 is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. Age verification via CNIC or equivalent is required before first withdrawal. xp768 actively screens for indicators of underage use and will act immediately upon detection.

12.1 xp768 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time and without prior notice where xp768 has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has breached these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8, provided false registration information, or poses a regulatory compliance risk to the platform.

12.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms that involves confirmed fraud, abuse of promotions, or money laundering, xp768 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. Where an account is closed for other reasons — including at the User's own request — the verified balance of non-bonus, non-forfeited funds will be returned to the User via their registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

12.3 Users may close their own xp768 account at any time by contacting xp768 support. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days. A voluntary account closure will result in the withdrawal of all verified available funds to the User's registered payment method.

12.4 Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or gaming activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. xp768 will notify the account holder at the registered mobile number or email address before applying a dormancy charge or closing the account.

13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xp768 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in relation to these Terms — including any question regarding the existence, validity, or termination of this agreement — shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as selected by xp768.

13.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a specific bet, game outcome, or account transaction, the User must contact xp768 support in the first instance and allow xp768 the opportunity to investigate and resolve the dispute internally. xp768 will respond to all formally lodged disputes within 14 days.

13.3 The records maintained by xp768 — including transaction logs, betting records, and communication records — shall constitute the primary evidence base for the resolution of any dispute and shall be deemed accurate unless the User can produce credible evidence to the contrary.

14.1 xp768 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published at xp768.org/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material — including changes that affect existing account rights, withdrawal procedures, or bonus terms — xp768 will provide at least 7 days' prior notice via on-platform notification or registered mobile number SMS where reasonably practicable.

14.2 Your continued use of the xp768 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the change.

14.3 The current version of these Terms is always accessible at xp768.org/terms-conditions. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.
